Your Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act

This page provides California residents with information about their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and a mechanism to submit a verifiable consumer request to AdsYield Ltd (“AdsYield”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

What Rights Do California Residents Have?

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling, and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to those uses necessary to provide goods or services as reasonably expected.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

How to Submit a Request

California residents can submit a verifiable consumer request in any of the following ways:

Option 1: Submit a Request by Email

You may submit a request by emailing our Data Protection Officer at dpo@adsyield.com. Please include in your email: (1) your full name, (2) your contact information, (3) the specific right you wish to exercise, and (4) a clear description of your request.

Verification of Your Identity

To protect your privacy and the security of your personal information, we will verify your identity before responding to your request. The verification process may include:

• Matching information you provide with information we have on file.
• Requiring you to provide additional information to confirm your identity.
• Requiring you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another California resident, you must provide written authorization from that person, and we may verify your authority and the identity of the person on whose behalf you are making the request.

Authorized Agents

California residents may use an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. To do so, the authorized agent must provide signed permission from the consumer, and the consumer must verify their own identity directly with AdsYield. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized to act on behalf of the consumer.

How We Respond to Requests

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days of receipt, with the possibility of a one-time extension of up to forty-five (45) additional days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.

If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to fulfill your request. We will notify you of the reason and any actions you can take to enable us to verify your identity.

There is no fee for submitting a verifiable consumer request unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (in particular, due to repetitive nature). In such cases, we may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the action requested, or we may refuse to act on the request.

“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”

AdsYield engages in activities that may be considered “selling” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA, particularly in the context of programmatic advertising and cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may opt out of such sale or sharing by:

• Submitting a request through the Data Subject Request Form on this page.
• Emailing dpo@adsyield.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”.
• Configuring your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out request.

After we receive your verifiable opt-out request, we will not sell or share your personal information unless you subsequently provide express authorization for such sale or sharing.

Categories of Personal Information We Process

In the past twelve (12) months, AdsYield has processed the following categories of personal information of California residents:

• Identifiers: IP addresses, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID), device identifiers, and other pseudonymous identifiers used in programmatic advertising.
• Internet or other electronic network activity information: browsing history, advertising interaction data (impressions, clicks, viewability), referring URLs, and similar usage data.
• Geolocation data: approximate location information (country, region, city) derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS or device-level location data.
• Commercial information: for registered platform users, account information, billing details, and transaction records.
• Inferences: pseudonymous interest categories and audience segments inferred from advertising interactions for the purpose of improving advertising relevance.

We collect this information from the following sources: end users’ interactions with publisher properties (websites, mobile applications, connected TV); our supply and demand partners; and our own infrastructure (logs, audit records, and analytics systems).

We share this information with the categories of recipients described in our Privacy Policy, including supply partners, demand partners, service providers, and integration partners (such as Google Authorized Buyers, IAB Europe TCF participants, and our infrastructure providers).
